Haryana Sanskrit Vidyapeeth was established at Baghola distt. Gurgoan(Haryana) in 1978. It is situated on NH2 Delhi Mathura road near palwal city(at present distt.). It has 14 acres of land to its credit. Since 1955 it was a Sanskrit Pathshala, run at Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Baghola in Guidance of Pt. Nanuva Ram Bhagat and Dr. Hukum Chand Shastri by contributory fund collected by localpublic. In 1962 Vidyapracharini Sabha Baghola came forward to develop this Pathshala into Haryana Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Baghola. They took this pious and wise step to promote the basic sanskrit learning.

In the year of 1978, vidyapeeth was declared as Adarsha Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya by MHRD Govt. of India in supervision of Dr. Hukum Chand Shastri as Founder Principal. The aim, to undertake it as ASM to impart and improve Sanskrit education and to Accelerate the pace of higher Sanskrit learning in traditional Sanskrit field.

In our Vidyapeetha, we teach the students without any partiality of caste community and religion etc. Alongwith Traditional Sanskrit Subjects, Modern subjects like English, Hindi, computer, History are taught here.

our former students are spreading its fregrence by working on dignified posts in various fields all over India. In near future it's due to be declared as a Campus of Central Sanskrit University-New Delhi.All formalities are completed.We pray God to complete this job soon and May our Vidyapeeth progress by leaps and bounds.
